What if you could FEEL on purpose?
I'm here to tell you, you can.
The first step in all Mind Body Coaching tools is to come at it with: SELF OBSERVATION WITHOUT JUDGMENT.
In this video, we will look at HOW you feel most of the time,
how you WANT to feel
+ what already exists in your life that invokes the feelings that you want.
When we look at what already brings us the feelings we want in our life and know it's possible because we already DID create it,
it shifts our thoughts, our perspective to know and remember, things aren't all that bad, there is a lot of good to be had.
We can focus on that rather than the past which no longer serves.
I also spoke about when we offer compasion to ourselves,
it makes it easier to be compassionate to others.
We start to understand that things are not personal
and no one else has the power to make us FEEL anything.
It's only how we think about it.
