Are you trying to heal from the past and all of your resolutions don’t stick or do the trick to actually helping you feel better about your day to day?
It’s time to rewrite your story form victim to hero.
The beginning part of this journey is getting to know you on your terms and this means taking “Me Time”.
Here are 3 easy steps any one can take to end the story of thoughts from the past to create a new future from the present moment.
The past is over!
The only way to feel those old feelings in the present is through thoughts
Step 1: Self Compassion through observation of your thoughts without judgment.
Step 2: Identify an area of your life where you spend time that isn’t necessary, that is neutral or may even be invoking negative thoughts and trim that time.
Step 3: Replace that time with “Me Time”. This is time with you for you. From 5 min-an hour. GO for a walk, take a rest just breathing. Either during or after, spend some time writing at least 10 thoughts you are thinking and observe them. Remember, no judgment. These can be thoughts about any thing. The goal is to get use to spending time with your self.
