I believe we can access the courage we need to take our lives next level through our movement practice when combined with mindful thinking and everyday rituals to tie it all together. In this class we use principles of yoga and basic body weight movements to discover how we can be in the drivers seat of our lives. The key to steady growth is unflinching faith in your capacity for greatness no matter how many times we have to fall down to get up. With room for laughter and tears, this class will help you will uncover the tools of your own wisdom for happiness on your terms, creativity, abundance and success measure by your personal joy. You will build strength and flexibility of the mind, body and heart.

@ Urban Yoga Hike PDX
We will breath deep, move with the intention of deepening postures through breath and finding the space in between the movements. Coordinating breath with movement there will be a sequenced flow, but this is not a typical flow, repeat, type of class. We will focus on watching the body open and shift as the mind settles into holding postures. Come experience the beauty of opening your body as the day opens to you. This class focuses on increasing mobility and range of motion.
