We will breath deep, move with the intention of deepening postures through breath and finding the space in between the movements.  Coordinating breath with movement there will be a sequenced flow, but this is not a typical flow, repeat, type of class. We will focus on watching the body open and shift as the mind settles into holding postures.  Come experience the beauty of opening your body as the day opens to you.  This class focuses on increasing mobility and range of motion.

“I really enjoy the class. It is a great combination of yoga inspired stretching and high intensity cardio. Each week is different which keeps it from being monotonous. Modifications are given to fit each person’s fitness level. Mary is a great instructor. I really appreciate her positivity.” —Tia D., Portland, OR
